IF YOU CANNOT GET A MIRACLE, BE ONE


Honestly speaking, people are born into different world. They are born into rich family. They are born into poor family. And, some are born into middle-class family. Totally, people are different. In one way, the differences truly make negative impacts on people. For instance, they are envy of the wealth, of the position, of the religions, of the education, or of the race and so forth. Besides, all those differences somehow make some people feel greatly discouraged and demotivated, and cause those people to stop themselves from attempting to be great people or role models to the next generations. With no doubt, the differences lead to a big catastrophe.


However, there are quite a lot of people these days not being concerned about the differences, for they are equipped with the awareness of the term “Differences”. This type of people is considered great people because they do not live by circumstances, yet they live by choices. Optimistically, for those who live by choice, they are capable of handling the immediate problems and conquering most of the diversities happening alongside. Be inspired that the core elements that authentically transform you from the weakness to greatness are taking the risk of doing things. Nelson Mandela once said, “I never lose. I either win or learn” This phenomenal quote obviously makes sense. Remember that people cannot, I repeat it, people surely cannot avoid the problems. But, the thing is people should be clever and critical enough so as to seek for the appropriate alternatives or effective ways to cope with and rise above all those pressing problems as they arise right away. Unfortunately, those really pressing problems can pose a big threat to some people. The threat is that they bury themselves by not confronting the problem or distance themselves from the real problems. And, they just keep awaiting for the miracle to come and make the best of that miracle. By talking about miracle, I come up with one question. Do you think miracle does exist? To me, I do not believe in miracle, for rarely does it come to people unless they make it, and it is supposed to happen.


Nick Vujicic said in his book entitled “Life without Limits” that there are two types of danger, namely the danger of trying and the danger of not trying. This clearly signifies that people are already in danger even though they do not make a move or have a try. Let me take a very simple example, if you approach your crush out or for a date, and you are turned down for some certain reasons, yet in some cases, you will be not turned down. This means that you have 50% between refusal and agreement. And, that is called the danger of trying. Yet, what if you do not have a try? So you do not even know that how much percent you have of getting your crush to agree on your asking out. My suggestion here is I recommend that you be in the danger of trying rather than in the danger of not trying. Hence, another issue is the same thing. Attempting to make a miracle is better than attempting not to make it because you at least are able to go through the problems, and those problems possibly can make you much stronger and even stronger. Do not be worried if you are not certain of weather being able to afford to create a miracle, just have a move and be committed to yourselves and be patient to stay tuned for the outcome after you have been trying.


I recall it, Do not be so clingy to miracle, for seldom does it exist. And, miracle is made by those wanting to have it.

The Power of Positive Mental Attitudes


With no doubt that if there are 100 people, all of them have different conception, perspectives or ideas on stuffs. But, nothing weird about that owing to the fact that we are human beings, and we have the equal right and privilege to verbalize our feelings and ideas. However, you are able to see massive differences occurring between two people when they encounter and go through the adversities and serious obstacles along the way. Some of them are capable of scrutinizing the immediate problems and defining them with a positive way. Yet, some are not. This demonstrates the difference of people these days.



Let me raise a story of Charlie Ward. He was born into a very poor family in a small village, and every day he had to force himself to sell the newspaper in the market in order to seek money and support his mother’s suspense on renting house and other stuffs. His life was bleak. When finishing high school, Charlie Ward got to know one companion, who is rich and considered a very bad boy, for he liked to play gambling, and take drugs illegally. Let just imagine this terrifying situation. One days Charlie Ward was accused of using drugs, and he was sentenced to years in the jail. This signifies that friends with whom you associate are not always good at all. You have to be smart enough. You have to be able to scrutinize the right and the wrong things that you are going to do. In the jail, Charlie Ward just had a feeling of regret that he had to have a friend like that. Yet, one perception popped up in Charlie Ward’s mind. It is I Have to Do Things with Positive Mental Attitudes. This inspired Charlie to make the best of his bad situation. And he also inspired around 50 people in the jail as well by telling them to apply PMA to their real life. That was good. Fortunately, after Charlie was set free and completely released, he was chosen to work for a company named Brown & Bigelow because he has a positive mental attitudes and a peace of mind. In his first position, he was able to earn 25$ per a week. Years after that Charlie has been promoted to the next level. Amazingly, the president of Brown & Bigelow Company died, and Charlie was nominated to be the president. From that time on, the company could earn millions of dollars, and the company has been widely known and popular for its kind. Totally, the positive mental attitude is really powerful, and it can tremendously change people’s life.Most people cannot imagine that Charlie Ward’s life was so bright. Yet, nothing is impossible if you hold the conviction that you have to have the positive mental attitude in mind. And, you have to be able to cope with and tackle the problems with a positive way, regardless of how big the problem is. Be positive in any way. 

Another story is about Nick Vujicic. Nick Vujicic is broadly known for a man without limbs, yet he manages to inspire millions of people in the world. How awesome he is. Just imagine the man without limbs. Does it seem easy to do everything? No! That is why some of you might automatically say this man is really a burden to their family. At first, when Nick makes a comparison himself with others, he tends to feel down and upset. At times, he overthinks that one day if he has a wife, how can he take care of his wife and children. All those stuffs really demotivate him, and he sometimes tends to commit suicide because of his bleak life. Honestly, thanks to the fact that Nick was nurtured with positive thinking from his parents, he feels motivated. His parents always give love caring to him. With regard to all of the positive thinking, he just thinks that he is created by god. God creates him for a purpose, so he has to serve that purpose and make the best of his life. That is considered the positive mental attitude since he does not want to live by his circumstances and does not want to be a burden to everyone. With this positive way, Nick found himself good at public speaking. From that time on, Nick tried to develop his skill. Years later, he successfully developed his skill, and he went around the world to inspire people who are faced with severe problems in their lives. How great he is. 

Ultimately, with the really motivating stories shared by two people above, I hope that they will give people flashes of motivation in applying positive mental attitudes to their real lives. Two of them can do. Why not you? You are the best. And you are the one who moves the world if you start changing yourself right now. It is never too late to start. And, starting with a fresh start by applying the positive mental attitudes to your life is never too late. I repeat it, it is never too late.

Is Effectively Making Friends difficult?




Making friend is not pretty much difficult or challenging, yet it is quite easy. In one way, making friends is truly something of which we are in need due to the fact that we cannot live our life with isolation. However, effectively making friends is not that easy if compared to making friends. The term “Effectively” is a little critical. Just imagine that you go to school, and you made quite a lot of friends, but those friends are not something you really want in life. I mean at times you want a friend with whom you can share concern or secrecy without worrying and so forth; yet, you cannot pursue that dream and goal. How sad you are. To be honest, with respect to the books which I have read, to make friends effectively, people should first possess the quality of habits or traits as fellow.

First of all, give the honesty appreciation to people around. Honestly speaking, no one wants criticizing, condemning, or blaming for their actions. On the contrary, they need to be told that they are either right or not when they do stuffs or something. Let me raise a very conventional example. When you take the exam, then you flunk it, and you are blamed for that. How do you feel? I am sure that you are about to have a feeling of little depression, discouragement, or something like that. Therefore, your friends are the same thing. For instance, you blame your peers or acquaintances for something which you order them to do; nevertheless, your consequences are not what was intended. I know this feeling. You will feel disappointed, but the thing is you have to stand every situations. If you are angry at your friends, they will feel very uncomfortable, and your friendship is supposed to be broken up. Undeniably, you had better put up with people around and acclaim them for what they do and the outcome they achieve. 

Furthermore, be sociable. Socializing with people is very important since you will be quite easy in locating friends and befriending with them. Based on my experience, most people want to have a kind of friend who is very sociable thanks to the fact that they suppose they can sometimes be emotionally or physically entertained when they are upset or saddened.

Additionally, do not be conceited. Conceitedness is a gateway directing you to fall in the trap. It does not cost you anything. It does not benefit you. It does not look appropriate, yet it does look very fed-up by people around. Totally, swelling with pride too much does not give you the feeling of secure. Imagine that you have a fancy car, and you show it off to people around. Does it look awesome? No! You will be immediately judged by those people that you are so proud of yourself. Remember that if you are rich, you will see someone richer than you. You are not Bill Gate LOL.

Moreover, be polite. Some people can make an effective friend by just articulating their politeness and honesty. For example, when you talk with someone with soft words or politeness, the one to whom you talk will tend to feel very comfortable and cozy. Besides, you will be right away judged. In this way, it does not require you pay money, right? And it is really easy to apply into your action.

More significantly, be tactful. It is far sure that people need to be helpful or tactful. People are human beings, not god. Thus, you are supposed to be faced with problems or something. If you are born into this world, it means that you have to encounter the problems. Occasionally, some problems cannot be copped by yourself alone. You need to have one or more advisers or friends so that you are able to effectively tackle those problems.  For example, you alone go into the thick forest, and you get lost, then you meet one person, your acquaintances, there. The question is that “Would you ask that person for help or direction?” You might say “YES” because provided that you do not ask, you will never be able to find out the right direction toward your destination. Just visualize the real picture in your mind about this situation. With no doubt, if that person does not tell you anything or the right direction, you will remember that person in the wrong way, and you will feel disconnected with each other, but if he or she tells you, you will remember him or her in the right way, and your friendship is going to be stronger and stronger.

In addition, remember your friends’ name. Making friends requires something special. So, remembering your peers’ name is also of importance. Let me approach you a question, in case you are with your friends together for years, and you go on a date with them and have a talk, but they do not remember your name. How you feel with that? You might say your friends do not give you the feeling of importance. With no doubt that your friendship which was built for a long time ago is going to be diminished or won out; however, if they remember your name clearly, it is 100 percent sure that you tend to feel cozy and comfortable about your talk.

More importantly, be open-minded. Open-mindedness is an open door to attract many friends whom you want in life. Most people these days are very curious about everything happening in this world. But some might not be interested in knowing everything new and productive to their life. In other words, they want to know only what they want to not any else. This bad trait not only makes yourself limited with the knowledge, but also the friends as well. Imagine how bad it sounds. We are born to have friends around, so heartedly serve this purpose and get along well with people around. Do not be afraid to be nurtured with knowledge. Go and talk with people and take significant knowledge seriously and not significant for granted. Just be open-minded, you benefit much from surroundings. 

The last powerful point is that you have to talk less and listen more. Some people are much into talking rather than listening. This very point is capable of making your partners feel very uncomfortable. If possible, avoid it. Personally, I tend to have a feeling of disrespect as someone with whom I talk does not pay attention to me and interrupt or interfere with my conversation. I hope people have this feeling in common, so do you.

To make it short, effectively making friends is not of difficulty if you put all the aforementioned key points above into practice.

Four Simple Tips to Conquering Sadness



These days, people just keep complaining so much about their lives effected by various problems. Some problems happens so unexpectedly that those people are really hard to deal with. And, some problems are resulted from breaking up, unsuccessful relationships, family condition and so forth. These problems bring about really bad effects on people in common. Due to these reasons, I simply come up with four minor tips, which is intended to inspire people when they become saddened or something like that.

First of all, listen to songs. Listening to music should be considered a kind of medicine used to effectively cure people’s illness. Trust me, most people have and share the same habit or trait of listening to music when they are saddened, for they think music is the one who stays closer and comforts them. Know that there are so many types of songs, regardless of their languages sung by singers, to which you can listen. So, I am sure that some of those songs are possibly fitted with your emotions, and you are able to indulge in it as well.

Go out on a date with peers. Based on my experience, I have gone through ups and down, making me feel sad so much, and it truly has bad effects on my life. But, it does not matter to me much since I have quite a lot of friends, among of whom are not all of my best buddies. Actually, I just have a few close friends, staying close to me, whom I can depend on and trust. When some problems happen to me, and I cannot deal with them, I just phone my best friends and approach them for a date then have a long talk on the matters. When talking, I have mostly acquired many pieces of advice, then I applied these pieces to my life. Besides, I become the one who applied the positive mental attitude to my mindset as well, then everything has changed, and I started loving myself to the max and live it to fullest. It is so sure that sadness is not the matter at all.

Be open-minded. Open-mindedness or listening to people around is a way enabling you to absorb much more information and get to know more of your solutions, and you can put that information into account, in case it is not good to you, just let go of it, and seek for another possible solution to cope with. However, I don’t think those pieces of advice shared by people around do not contribute to your problems, at least there is some advice you can take seriously. 

Play social media. In fact, people nowadays are greatly obsessed with using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Line and so on. Social media can be a platform people use to mean differently. Some use it to provide information or make a good contact with people. But, some use it to verbalize their feelings. With this reason, people will feel more relaxed being entertained by their social media.

Eventually, sadness should not be a big deal for people residing in this new era. And, all the aforementioned simple tips should be applied to life.

People might say, “Problem is everywhere and out there all the time”. It is rather true since you are born as a human being, and human is born to deal with problems and burdens already. But, those things form who you are, and guide you to happiness. Undeniably, some problems cannot be coped a night, a day, a week or even more. Actually, it takes time to tackle one problem. In case you do not possess the ability of tolerance, you will surrender to the problem, and you will fall into the trap holding you back from conquering your difficulty. Besides, this kind of people tend to have a feeling of depression. To be real, all the problems can be dealt, and depression is not a big deal based on my four perspectives.

Well, doing a regular exercise is the best way to keep your depression to the minimum. Personally, I acknowledge that people are born to face with problems and burdens. Yet, it does not matter how much you carry the burden, if you are strong enough, I am sure that you can completely conquer your depression and live with freedom. But, some people cannot deal with even a minor problem arising right away. That is a big issue. However, scientists have found that regular exercise helps decrease the levels of tension, and elevate and stabilize mood.

More significantly, meditation is found to be helpful for treating depression. In accordance with my past experience, I used to carry out a 10-minute meditation. It was really helpful. Actually, most people tend to make excuses when coming to talk about mediation and overlook on the art of doing it. That is the wrong idea. In fact, while you are meditating, everything existing in your mind will run out, and your brain will be fused with freedom and something which helps you to gain new insight into your life.


In addition, getting enough sleep is also found to be very tactful. In general, people face with the depression once they do not get enough sleep, and that is simply because of destabilizing mood or emotion. Last but not least, finding passion in life is way more important. People always have a sense of purpose, and they can deal with the problem effectively in various ways. Therefore, finding passion is very important. Some people are able to enjoy their lives and handle the problems in the tranquilized place or a place where peace is made. Meanwhile, some are able to effectively handle their problems in a place where there are so many advisers or mentors. That is called, “Passion”. With reference to this point, you should find the captivating things in which you can indulge when you are literately obsessed with problems or depression.


All in all, depression is really not something born with, but it is something made by the actions you take every day to serve the purpose of your life. In case, you are superior to every problem triggering off, you will be able to live without stress or depression. And, the tips to overcoming depression is learn-able. Everybody can learn, so can you.

A Happy Life


People deserve a fully happy life. Do not squander your precious time living other people’s lives. Your life is too short, and life should be treated better. In accordance with my real life, I think people should think of three key stuffs which are articulated as follow.


Initially, leading a life with happiness requires positive mindset. With respect, I am not a very successful person or student, and my family is not well-off or affluent; nonetheless,  I still manage to have happy moments for myself. Besides, in class, I am not a good or an outstanding student. Honestly, I usually get average grades and sometimes low grades; yet, I still live my life with happiness and fulfillment. You know why? The reason is that I think I was born to live once, not twice. When my mind is enormously nurtured with that way, I tend to have a positive mindset within, and I could do stuffs with positive in every respect. In other words, I am frequently inspired by the books written by motivational authors. For example, Nick Vujicic is one among the other motivational authors. When I started reading his book which is titled LIFE WITHOUT LIME, I realized I was so much inspired that I can apply that piece of inspiration to my life. Just imagine he lives his life without legs and hands, but he still manages to live a happy life. More than that, he inspires millions of people around the world, including Cambodia. Amazingly, he does not live by his bad circumstance, for he is able to do something which is most people can do. That is to say, he can swim, utilize the computer and so forth. How amazing and awesome he is.


Another one perception is that traveling is very helpful for you to explore and trace new things. In reality, some people think traveling is useless, for we have to spend money. I acknowledge that traveling requires money, but if you really want to travel, you just have to save up your money. Actually, in case we do not have much money, we just travel our country. No need to travel the world since it requires much money, but provided that you have enough, just travel and you are about to bump into plenty of things. To me, as I uttered earlier, my family is not rich, so when I am fond of traveling , I have to set a specific plan 2 or 3 months ahead, then commence saving up so that I am able to meet my requirement. It is just like a piece of cake. From my past experience, I have traveled a few places where I wish for. Thanks to traveling, I can make friends and see different things which I have never seen before. It really broadens my horizon and point of view on things. Besides, I could tremendously reduce my stress as well, and I really enjoyed the seeing of spectacular views and amazing people. To be honest, I benefit so much from traveling.


Last but still important, you have to be friendly. Not all people possess this trait, but for those who are born with friendliness and kindness, I truly appreciate that. Friendliness and kindness are pretty significant, for it is kind of a skill that brings you to have a number of friends. Plus, when you treat people around well, I am 100 percent sure that you will be well treated in return. Your life needs to be treated well too. With this way, it makes you think you are important to them. Therefore, when you are appreciated and valued by people around, I would say that it is a kind of medicine curing your mind, and you will be happy and fulfilled. I hope you have this kind of thing.


Anyway, there are quite a lot of ways which are helpful for people to lead a fully happy life. But, based on my real life, I have been through the three mentioned stuffs. And, I hope you have the common feeling like I have been through.
